Addressing Social Drivers of Health with Findhelp

TennCare, findhelp.org, and Rural Health Association of Tennessee are partnering to bring increased care coordination between nonprofits and healthcare providers. 

Each month RHA is hosting findhelp.org 101 and 201 training, open for anyone to attend. These two-part trainings will teach users how to navigate the findhelp.org website, make changes to your nonprofit's listings, and how to start connecting people with needed resources.

Introduction to findhelp.org (101)

Training Objectives:
  • How to search for and connect people to resources
  • How to send and track your referrals
  • How to claim your program and join the findhelp network

Training Objectives:
  • Manage program listings and collaborate with your team
  • Manage intake and determine eligibility
  • Capture your impact using findhelp analytics reporting
