Kristie is a results-driven project manager who brings 15+ years of leadership and workforce engagement experience. She is the manager of the West TN Rural Health Resource Center, where she leads initiatives focused on improving access to healthcare services, education, and support for rural health care providers across West Tennessee.

Kristie works cross-functionally with all Rural Health Associates (RHA) programs, health care providers, community partners, and key stakeholders to advance health care access including efforts to advance the organization’s mission. In her role, Kristie oversees all operations of the resource center.

Kristie brings a commitment to data-informed decision-making while helping the Rural Health Resource Center serve as a trusted hub in West TN for health information, healthcare updates, and key support to all the Rural Health members. Kristie holds a master’s degree in education from Bethel University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has over 10+ years of experience in rural and community-based services. On a personal note, Kristie enjoys traveling, camping, loves to cook, and playing with her dog, Josi.
